At Merari, we are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out. Please read our refund policy below:

Refunds:

• Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Condition of items: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or email order confirmation) is required to process your refund.

  How to request a refund:

• Contact our customer service team at hello@merari.ae within 14 days of receiving your item.

• Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

• Our team will guide you through the return process, including shipping instructions if applicable.

Refund process

• You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

  We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

  
  

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
